Sina Puro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Pär Löfdahl made a huge save. Piotr Giejda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Olsman in the 20th minute of play. The supporters of FC NagelBitarna booed when AZAT MARD FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Börje Vesterberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. 25 minutes into the match, FC NagelBitarna's goal looked a bit too open when Inge Risk came free, but Piotr Giejda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute, John Björkkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 32 in the game by Sina Puro from a close distance when the talented Pär Löfdahl managed to make a qualified save. AZAT MARD FC's players were relieved. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Martin Olsman made a kick off. Piotr Giejda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Karl-Erik Hellsing in the 53rd minute. Maximilian Arenstedt made in the 55th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC NagelBitarna's Angelo Cavallaro. In the 60th match minute, AZAT MARD FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jon Waller to maneuver through the defense. Inge Risk kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. AZAT MARD FC's Ture Falck was substituted for Börje Vesterberg. AZAT MARD FC made a substitution. Sebastian Åkerman replaced Inge Risk. A collision led to AZAT MARD FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Inge Risk hit a great ball. After having played for 70 minutes, Sina Puro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC NagelBitarna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sina Puro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Piotr Giejda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Ståhlberg in the 73rd minute of play. Sina Puro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pär Löfdahl having to make a save. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC NagelBitarna fans cheered their team off the field, for while AZAT MARD FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
