The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Richarlison de Andrades short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Peter Lundström to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joakim Bergsten in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Peter Lundström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Peter Lundström had great luck who in the 17thth minute grab hold of the ball when Joakim Bergsten from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mönsterås RK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rasmus Mårtensson was slow to take the kick. During this time Henley Utd's players had a chance to rest. When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Richarlison de Andrade sped through Mönsterås RK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Peter Lundström. Peter Lundström stood somewhat misplaced when Joakim Bergsten came free in front of goal and shot 4-0 to the left of him in the 30 minute. Peter Lundström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richarlison de Andrade, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peter Lundström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rasmus Mårtensson in the 34th minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Richarlison de Andrade left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Henley Utd fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Peter Lundström made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Richarlison de Andrade sent off a good shot on target. Mönsterås RK's Peter Lundström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joakim Bergsten in the 41st minute of play. Peter Lundström was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rasmus Mårtensson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 6-0 in the 47 minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Markus Kleen to make the kick off. Joakim Bergsten might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Peter Lundström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joakim Bergsten ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match clock showed 70 minutes, the score became 10-0 when Richarlison de Andrade sped through Mönsterås RK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Peter Lundström. Mönsterås RK's Peter Lundström tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Peter Lundström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Richarlison de Andrade's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joakim Bergsten in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Peter Lundström saved Mönsterås RK from getting behind. When Joakim Bergsten came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Henley Utd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joakim Bergsten couldn't finish the play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Henley Utd had played much better football throughout.
