Adil Özerk came out of the goal and Benjamin Ekström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Arne Påk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vilgot Haegg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adil Özerk having to interfere. Einar Ingvall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Gomes in the 28th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vilgot Haegg in the 35th minute of play forced Bangkok FC's goalkeeper Adil Özerk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 47 minutes of play, Olofsi IF's Prudencio Gerazan made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adil Özerk was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vilgot Haegg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Prudencio Gerazan struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Adil Özerk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olofsi IF. Bangkok FC's Adil Özerk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vilgot Haegg in the 57th minute of play. Prudencio Gerazan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adil Özerk having to interfere. A well-hit corner resulted in Vilgot Haegg heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Benjamin Ekström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Olofsi IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Benjamin Ekström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adil Özerk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Bangkok FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Olofsi IF were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
