FC Hackspett U21's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave DZ Blue the free kick. After a rather tough play, FC Hackspett U21's Hernani Sabóia got a free kick in the 4th minute. Ove Smedfeldt's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 5thth minute, Joachim Holmgren skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After taking down the ball on FC Hackspett U21's corner Ye Feng Feng fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Isidoro Valentine quite easily take care of the ball. After having played for 12 minutes, Shi Li Sha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Hackspett U21's supporters crossed their fingers, but Shi Li Sha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A sloppy throw-in by Wilhelm Kilberg in the 15th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by DZ Blue's Sigvard Kinell. DZ Blue's attentive Sigvard Kinell managed to snatch the ball when Wilhelm Kilberg made a throw-in in the 19th minute of the game. 22 minutes into the match, FC Hackspett U21's goalkeeper Joachim Holmgren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ove Smedfeldt. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jörn Pettersson got free with Joachim Holmgren in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind DZ Blue's goalkeeper Isidoro Valentine, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Miromir Szostak managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Hackspett U21's supporters rose to their feet, but Miromir Szostak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isidoro Valentine breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 31 minutes, Rudolf Almqvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DZ Blue and the FC Hackspett U21 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 31st match minute, DZ Blue was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rudolf Almqvist to maneuver through the defense. Isidoro Valentine showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miromir Szostak in the 32nd minute of the match. FC Hackspett U21's Joachim Holmgren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save FC Hackspett U21 from getting a goal against them. FC Hackspett U21's Miromir Szostak got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. FC Hackspett U21's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ye Feng Feng in the 42nd minute. The corner led to FC Hackspett U21's Miromir Szostak getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shi Li Sha in the 46th minute of play forced DZ Blue's goalkeeper Isidoro Valentine to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Göran Ekelund kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ove Smedfeldt was the one to do the kick off. FC Hackspett U21's Miromir Szostak got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Miromir Szostak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Miromir Szostak got free with Isidoro Valentine in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Isidoro Valentine didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Miromir Szostak went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind DZ Blue's goalkeeper Isidoro Valentine, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to FC Hackspett U21 getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Wilhelm Kilberg hit a great ball. FC Hackspett U21's Edvard Klemensson was substituted for Ye Feng Feng. When Miromir Szostak came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the FC Hackspett U21 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miromir Szostak couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the DZ Blue defense, Miromir Szostak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Isidoro Valentine. The DZ Blue fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Isidoro Valentine should have stopped the shot. FC Hackspett U21's Alvin Brenner was substituted for Shi Li Sha. 86 minutes into the match, Miromir Szostak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Isidoro Valentine. DZ Blue's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Miromir Szostak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. In the 90th match minute, DZ Blue was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Börje Fristedt to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in DZ Blue's zone, Miromir Szostak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isidoro Valentine came out of the goal and Miromir Szostak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 92 minutes, Miromir Szostak made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. DZ Blue's Isidoro Valentine tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Isidoro Valentine was out of position in the 95 minute of play, and Alvin Brenner capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alvin Brenner really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched FC Hackspett U21 eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
