Schlurp IF's Mats Lindgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gunnar Hellström in the 16th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Chimpanserna FC's Egon Rudkvist seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Egon Rudkvist the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Chimpanserna FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Egon Rudkvist had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Chimpanserna FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 20th minute. Penalty! Chimpanserna FC:s Edmund Majman showed great skill when he stopped Kent Vinström:s penalty. Chimpanserna FC's attentive Gunnar Hellström managed to snatch the ball when Oscar Ek made a throw-in in the 24th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rune Utfal in the 25th minute of play forced Schlurp IF's goalkeeper Mats Lindgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kent Vinström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Edmund Majman made a huge save. In the 38th match minute, Chimpanserna FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rune Utfal to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Rune Utfal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chimpanserna FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rune Utfal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mats Lindgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 46 played minutes Chimpanserna FC got a freekick which was hit by Rickard Wallengren.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rune Utfal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Schlurp IF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sten Godholm ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Chimpanserna FC's Sten Godholm to fire away a dangerous shot which Mats Lindgren despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Edmund Majman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kent Vinström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Schlurp IF booed when Chimpanserna FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emil Gustafsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emil Gustafsson kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Chimpanserna FC's Edmund Majman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albin Helander in the 70th minute of play. A collision led to Chimpanserna FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Douglas Jakobsson hit a great ball. Rune Utfal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Mats Lindgren made a huge save. If Douglas Jakobsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute of the game Dick Smefeldt made a throw-in which Freddie Sandström played forward. Edmund Majman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albin Helander in the 88th minute of the match. Chimpanserna FC's attentive Sten Godholm managed to snatch the ball when Dick Smefeldt made a throw-in in the 89th minute of the game. A collision led to Chimpanserna FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Rune Utfal hit a great ball.
