In the 17th minute, Hans Bergkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Daniel Hök took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hans Bergkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner ended in Torbjörn Biörk almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Pajala Sunrise's Daniel Hök did a great save. Daniel Hök made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Stig Bokelund sent off a good shot on target. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pajala Sunrise's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Torbjörn Biörk was slow to take the kick. During this time FC ILIRIA's players had a chance to rest. Viktor Boman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th minute Hans Bergkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Hök saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Jimmy Bröms had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karl Bank made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gýmir Gryc in the 36th minute of play. If Viktor Boman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karl Bank showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gýmir Gryc in the 45th minute of the match.

Stig Bokelund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Pajala Sunrise getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. David Lindman hit a great ball. Ronny Wickander might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Daniel Hök. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sebastian Tolsson kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, Pajala Sunrise's goal looked a bit too open when Stig Bokelund came free, but Daniel Hök reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC ILIRIA's Karl Bank played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arne Tingelholm in the 82nd minute of play. Pajala Sunrise's Johannes Fernkvist was substituted for Yngve Sandström.
