In the 3rd minute, Andres Pitin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 5thth minute of the game López Heredia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tigres Ñacuñán FC's Eloy Mazuste was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 6th minute of the match Teodelina FC got a corner. Tigres Ñacuñán FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luca Savinov ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ricardo Stephen kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. The supporters of Tigres Ñacuñán FC booed when Teodelina FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Mammana didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute, Sinan Okergun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Tigres Ñacuñán FC's Alfonso Pere got a free kick in the 15th minute. Franko Armani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stanislaw Hyska, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Tigres Ñacuñán FC's goal looked a bit too open when López Heredia came free, but Eloy Mazuste reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tigres Ñacuñán FC's goalkeeper Eloy Mazuste, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 29th minute López Heredia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eloy Mazuste saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Teodelina FC's goal looked a bit too open when Andres Pitin came free, but Franko Armani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eloy Mazuste made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from López Heredia in the 36th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Tigres Ñacuñán FC's zone, López Heredia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eloy Mazuste came out of the goal and López Heredia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 45 minutes into the match, Teodelina FC's López Heredia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eloy Mazuste narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stanislaw Hyska made a kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Teodelina FC's López Heredia slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eloy Mazuste. That made the score 0-1 after 52 minutes of play. 60 minutes into the match, Teodelina FC's López Heredia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eloy Mazuste narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Franko Armani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sinan Okergun, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. 62 minutes into the match, Teodelina FC's goal looked a bit too open when Andres Pitin came free, but Franko Armani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that López Heredia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eloy Mazuste was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. López Heredia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Eloy Mazuste made a huge save. In the 79th minute, Teodelina FC's Silvano Baladi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Eloy Mazuste. Eloy Mazuste yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. After 81 played minutes Tigres Ñacuñán FC got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Stephen. In the 83rd match minute, Teodelina FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hilario Galo to maneuver through the defense. Silvano Baladi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eloy Mazuste read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. After 93 played minutes Tigres Ñacuñán FC got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Stephen. Silvano Baladi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Eloy Mazuste made a huge save. The Tigres Ñacuñán FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Teodelina FC to win.
