Branislav Velchevski was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and López Heredia capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. López Heredia really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. 29 minutes into the game, López Heredia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Branislav Velchevski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Teodelina FC's Victor Errapel managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Esteban Iztal in the 39 minute of the game. Siro Porfiro kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miguel Prosperi in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Franko Armani prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

After some careless play in the ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA defense, López Heredia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Branislav Velchevski. The ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Branislav Velchevski should have stopped the shot. In the 60th minute, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Elpidio Francis ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Franko Armani. Silvano Baladi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 78 minutes into the match, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Elpidio Francis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Franko Armani narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
