Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's Roberto Eztebe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ from getting a goal against them. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 39th minute. Penalty! López Heredia scored 2-1 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roberto Eztebe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aureliano Karlo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 44th minute Aureliano Karlo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franko Armani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when López Heredia made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Aureliano Karlo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's supporters rose to their feet, but Aureliano Karlo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Franko Armani breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's Roberto Eztebe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by López Heredia in the 56th minute of play. If Silvano Baladi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's Christoff Stocks was substituted for Aureliano Karlo. Roberto Eztebe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvano Baladi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roberto Eztebe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silvano Baladi's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Dawid Beckham could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Franko Armani made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvano Baladi in the 96th minute of play forced Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's goalkeeper Roberto Eztebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
