With an all-out effort, LanParty's Ali Cafer Konuralp threw himself towards the right post 42 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Juan Román, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Jeremias Haritzeder lost his temper 43 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 43rd minute, one of LanParty:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for LanParty. After the first half RED DEVIL were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fernando Barreiros was the one to do the kick off. Ali Cafer Konuralp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kleanthis Tripitsidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes into the match, RED DEVIL's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Román came free, but Ali Cafer Konuralp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
