Damazy Kensicki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferid Eker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the match, Velho Barreiro FC's goalkeeper Iker Hidalgo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomasz Sobania. Soczewki Gliwice's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lucjan Tscherner in the 24th minute. Milcho Rakov tried in the game's 24th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Iker Hidalgo. Tomasz Sobania showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 6-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ferid Eker stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomasz Sobania in the 54th minute of play forced Velho Barreiro FC's goalkeeper Iker Hidalgo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iker Hidalgo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomasz Sobania in the 60th minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Tomasz Sobania made a precise shot to the right of Iker Hidalgo. Velho Barreiro FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-1. In the 65thth minute of the game Tomasz Sobania who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Velho Barreiro FC's Iker Hidalgo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Damazy Kensicki didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Naldo Guerra went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-2 was the resulting score. Velho Barreiro FC made a substitution. Edmílson Cosme replaced Ferid Eker. In the 71st minute, Tomasz Sobania got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Damazy Kensicki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmílson Cosme, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Ciro Montenegro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Damazy Kensicki. Soczewki Gliwice's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ciro Montenegro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-3. Zico Galo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damazy Kensicki having to interfere. Velho Barreiro FC's Iker Hidalgo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomasz Sobania in the 88th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomasz Sobania in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iker Hidalgo saved Velho Barreiro FC from getting behind. Damazy Kensicki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmílson Cosme in the 93rd minute of the match. In the last second Damazy Kensicki throw himself and got hold of the ball when Edmílson Cosme in the 94thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Soczewki Gliwice had won after a very even match.
