In the 8th match minute, Soroca F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amador Venceslao to maneuver through the defense. Prospero Jerardo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Vitaliy Vischak made a huge save. When Soroca F.C.'s Adrián Espadas in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 22nd minute, Adrián Espadas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edmond Verdun was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. When Adrián Espadas came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Soroca F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adrián Espadas couldn't finish the play. When Cássio Zonta fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Soroca F.C.'s protests and gave Cássio Zonta a yellow card for diving instead. Vitaliy Vischak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Prospero Jerardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute, Mauro Rameriz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vitaliy Vischak. The goal made the score 1-2. 43 minutes into the match, Soroca F.C.'s Adrián Espadas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edmond Verdun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 45 minutes had been played when some careless play by Errecaborda AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gustavo Tartalo was slow to take the kick. During this time Soroca F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Adrián Espadas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Soroca F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Adrián Espadas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edmond Verdun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adrián Espadas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vitaliy Vischak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Rameriz in the 54th minute of play. Adrián Espadas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Edmond Verdun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Soroca F.C.'s Godofredo Quilino was substituted for Amador Venceslao. Soroca F.C.'s Cosme Jaen was substituted for Rodolfo Atarrabi. 59 minutes into the match, Soroca F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Pastor Ado came free, but Vitaliy Vischak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prospero Jerardo in the 60th minute of play forced Soroca F.C.'s goalkeeper Vitaliy Vischak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 63 minutes into the match, Soroca F.C.'s Răzvan Necula sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edmond Verdun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vitaliy Vischak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Rameriz in the 64th minute of play. Edmond Verdun was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vitaliy Vischak came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Errecaborda AFC's Prospero Jerardo. But to his dismay, Prospero Jerardo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pastor Ado in the 77th minute of play forced Soroca F.C.'s goalkeeper Vitaliy Vischak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Răzvan Necula in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edmond Verdun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 80th minute, Gustavo Tartalo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joe Tate sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82nd minute Emílio Terra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vitaliy Vischak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 85th minute, Răzvan Necula reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Edmond Verdun. The goal made the score 3-4. 92 minutes had been played when some careless play by Errecaborda AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gustavo Tartalo was slow to take the kick. During this time Soroca F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Godofredo Quilino managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Vitaliy Vischak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emílio Terra in the 94th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Soroca F.C. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
