When Eusébio Tróia fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Microsoft Team's protests and gave Eusébio Tróia a yellow card for diving instead. After 19 played minutes Microsoft Team got a freekick which was hit by Eusébio Tróia. Velho Barreiro FC's Ferid Eker got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferid Eker in the 28th minute of play forced Microsoft Team's goalkeeper Dorian Catarinense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 31 minutes of play, Velho Barreiro FC's Ferid Eker made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dorian Catarinense was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dorian Catarinense stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zico Galo's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. 39 minutes into the game, Naldo Guerra cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Dorian Catarinense was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Ferid Eker put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Dorian Catarinense. The Microsoft Team players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Velho Barreiro FC were winning 0-6.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luiz Eduardo Netto to make the kick off. The Velho Barreiro FC fans' excitement grew in the 60th match minute when Velho Barreiro FC's Ferid Eker looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-8 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Dorian Catarinense made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ferid Eker in the 64th minute. After 65 played minutes Zico Galo rounded Microsoft Team's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-9. Velho Barreiro FC made a substitution. Edmílson Cosme replaced Ferid Eker. 70 minutes into the match, Microsoft Team's goalkeeper Dorian Catarinense had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edmílson Cosme. Velho Barreiro FC's Lovis Wefers was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dorian Catarinense in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Edmílson Cosme managed to get in a good position for a shot. Velho Barreiro FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmílson Cosme was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dorian Catarinense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Naldo Guerra got free with Dorian Catarinense in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 76th minute, Zico Galo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Zico Galo succeeded in the game's 77th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-10. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Edmílson Cosme managed to get in a good position for a shot. Velho Barreiro FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmílson Cosme was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dorian Catarinense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zico Galo in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dorian Catarinense saved Microsoft Team from getting behind. 83 minutes into the game, Velho Barreiro FC's Edmílson Cosme nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dorian Catarinense made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-11. Dorian Catarinense didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Naldo Guerra went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-12 was the resulting score. In the 95th minute, Velho Barreiro FC's Naldo Guerra dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-13. Velho Barreiro FC played a much better game than Microsoft Team and deserved their victory. The Microsoft Team players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
