When Prospero Jerardo came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Errecaborda AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Prospero Jerardo couldn't finish the play. Ruslan Rúklyov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emílio Terra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 11 minutes into the match, Emílio Terra had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ruslan Rúklyov. VN BAKITO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emílio Terra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a rather tough play, Errecaborda AFC's Valko De Hond got a free kick in the 15th minute. Denimir Tzonkov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Edmond Verdun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denimir Tzonkov, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After 17 played minutes Errecaborda AFC got a freekick which was hit by Valko De Hond. Edmond Verdun was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Denimir Tzonkov capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Denimir Tzonkov really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. When Denimir Tzonkov came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the VN BAKITO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Denimir Tzonkov couldn't finish the play. In the 26th minute Joe Tate shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruslan Rúklyov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gerasim Berberov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Edmond Verdun made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prospero Jerardo in the 31st minute of play forced VN BAKITO's goalkeeper Ruslan Rúklyov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Errecaborda AFC's Edmond Verdun got control of the ball when Denimir Tzonkov tried to sneak it across the goal line. Denimir Tzonkov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edmond Verdun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Denimir Tzonkov took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Edmond Verdun to make any attempt to save it. Ruslan Rúklyov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pastor Ado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Denimir Tzonkov in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edmond Verdun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Denimir Tzonkov to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Denimir Tzonkov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edmond Verdun was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. VN BAKITO's Ruslan Rúklyov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save VN BAKITO from getting a goal against them. Flavinho Pires kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. VN BAKITO's Rusi Plochev was substituted for Isaac Constancio. In the 59th match minute, VN BAKITO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavinho Pires to maneuver through the defense. For all the effort they put into the match, the Errecaborda AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for VN BAKITO.
