In the 18thth minute of the game Eurico Macedo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Real Astoria FC's Hílton Pinho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hílton Pinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eurico Macedo in the 21st minute of the match. If Toninho Mangueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Josué Quadros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toninho Mangueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Josué Quadros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Betinho Dracena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Real Astoria FC's Hílton Pinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eurico Macedo in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st minute of the match, Rogério Leme tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hílton Pinho saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The supporters of Porvir booed when Real Astoria FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Betinho Dracena didn't get a good kick on the ball. Josué Quadros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toninho Mangueira in the 38th minute of play. Eurico Macedo took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hílton Pinho. Hílton Pinho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Eurico Macedo struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Hílton Pinho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Porvir. Hílton Pinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Breno Abraão in the 71st minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Real Astoria FC's Baltazar Vargas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Josué Quadros. That made the score 3-2 after 74 minutes of play. Hílton Pinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Valladares in the 78th minute of play. Bruno Valladares kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Porvir's Josué Quadros proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Porvir from getting a goal against them. Porvir had played much better football throughout.
