Dique's Leon Guia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiago Quadros in the 7th minute of play. If Tiago Quadros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tiago Quadros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Erasmo Breckenfeld fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored HERCILIO FC's protests and gave Erasmo Breckenfeld a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to HERCILIO FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Erasmo Breckenfeld hit a great ball. Kauan Soeiro charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kauan Soeiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Kauan Soeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Reinaldo Vinhas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Arraiz in the 24th minute of play. After 28 played minutes HERCILIO FC got a freekick which was hit by Noel Medeiros. Garcia Aumada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Wesley Corrêa fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Garcia Aumada couldn't finish the play. Reinaldo Vinhas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Arraiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erasmo Vianna in the 62nd minute of play forced Dique's goalkeeper Leon Guia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 63 minutes of play, HERCILIO FC's Tiago Quadros made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leon Guia was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Alfredo Arraiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlinhos Lago lost his temper 71 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 71st minute of the game. One of HERCILIO FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Dique:s goal. Erasmo Vianna blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leon Guia having to make a save. In the 77th minute, Rolado Asensio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Garcia Aumada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute, Dique's Alfredo Arraiz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Reinaldo Vinhas. Reinaldo Vinhas yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. After a rather tough play, Dique's Gomez Ziarza got a free kick in the 84th minute. After a defensive mix-up in HERCILIO FC's zone, Garcia Aumada stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reinaldo Vinhas came out of the goal and Garcia Aumada tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 94th minute of the match HERCILIO FC got a corner. Dique's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Erasmo Breckenfeld ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led HERCILIO FC's Erasmo Breckenfeld to fire away a dangerous shot which Leon Guia despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 95 minutes into the game, Erasmo Vianna cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Leon Guia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. HERCILIO FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Dique for a fine match.
