In the 10th minute, Bradley Kanku got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 11 played minutes Hong Kong Football Club got a freekick which was hit by 许梁康. After 12 minutes, 许梁康 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hong Kong Football Club and the Victory Beasts players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Hong Kong Football Club getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. 许梁康 hit a great ball. Gordon Tshabalala was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 14th minute. Victory Beasts's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. If 毛桦星 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 许梁康 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Papi Mkhonza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 19 minutes, 冯银岩 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hong Kong Football Club and the Victory Beasts players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Hong Kong Football Club's 冯银岩 got a free kick in the 19th minute. Hong Kong Football Club's 孙源川 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Hong Kong Football Club from getting a goal against them. After 25 minutes of play, Hong Kong Football Club's 高南军 made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Papi Mkhonza was left in no man's land by his defense there! 孙源川 made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Edries Kanku sent off a good shot on target. 孙源川 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bradley Kanku, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 高南军 struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hong Kong Football Club's 唐海沙 got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 64 minutes into the match, 许梁康 notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Victory Beasts's Papi Mkhonza. Papi Mkhonza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Bradley Kanku came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Victory Beasts fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bradley Kanku couldn't finish the play. In the 69th minute Edries Kanku shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 孙源川 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Edries Kanku had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 毛桦星 was extremely unlucky when he, in the 77th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gordon Tshabalala during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 79 played minutes Victory Beasts got a freekick which was hit by Gordon Tshabalala. 高南军 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 87 minutes into the game, when Mthunzi Mbheki put in a rough tackle. A collision led to Victory Beasts getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Mthunzi Mbheki hit a great ball. Edries Kanku fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 孙源川 having to interfere. Hong Kong Football Club's 唐海沙 got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hong Kong Football Club's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
