The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Geronimo Rulli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amadeo Bertol in the 29th minute. Vilgot Danielsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 程烨瑜, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Walter Hjelm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute, 程烨瑜 made a precise shot to the right of Vilgot Danielsson. Jag vill Ha Vackra Kvinno's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Vilgot Danielsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laércio de Andrade in the 39th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the match, Jag vill Ha Vackra Kvinno's goal looked a bit too open when Laércio de Andrade came free, but Vilgot Danielsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amadeo Bertol to make the kick off. In the 54th minute Jan Karlsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geronimo Rulli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vilgot Danielsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. The Internacional players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
