An unexpectedly hard shot by Róbert Benkó in the 3rd minute of play forced F.Salgado F.C.'s goalkeeper Matt Ryan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the F.Salgado F.C. defense, Liviu Buceceanu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Matt Ryan. The F.Salgado F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Matt Ryan should have stopped the shot. Armada's Rivaldo Esquerdo got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Armada's Färid Mondragón proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Armada from getting a goal against them. When Teodoro Moreno came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the F.Salgado F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodoro Moreno couldn't finish the play. It was a well-played corner which Dawid Dziewulski managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Siro Rainerio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Färid Mondragón tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Teodoro Moreno took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Färid Mondragón to make any attempt to save it. In the 27th minute of the match, Dawid Dziewulski tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Färid Mondragón saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Färid Mondragón showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodoro Moreno, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Matt Ryan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Róbert Benkó in the 35th minute of the match. Pitin Sánchez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Färid Mondragón having to interfere. Matt Ryan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Róbert Benkó in the 54th minute of play. F.Salgado F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Robert Macaneață in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd minute of the match F.Salgado F.C. got a corner. Armada's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Robert Macaneață ran over to the corner to take the kick. 65 minutes into the game, Liviu Buceceanu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Matt Ryan. Liviu Buceceanu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. The throw-in from Pitin Sánchez in the 74th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Armada's He Wei Feng. Matt Ryan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rivaldo Esquerdo in the 75th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Róbert Benkó took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Matt Ryan to make any attempt to save it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Liviu Buceceanu in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matt Ryan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 84th minute Armada were awarded a corner. Amine Barka went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Amine Barka got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Matt Ryan quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Róbert Benkó could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Matt Ryan made a huge save. Matt Ryan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Róbert Benkó in the 88th minute of the match. The Armada players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
