Arkadiusz Klucznik didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Oakcroft Thrashers. Mårten Nordström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radoslaw Walczak in the 10th minute of play. A collision led to Oakcroft Thrashers getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Olov Wennerquist hit a great ball. Arkadiusz Klucznik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dan Wassenius in the 12th minute of the match. If Olgierd Ankiewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Radoslaw Walczak got free with Mårten Nordström in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Oakcroft Thrashers's defense didn't have a chance, in the 23rd minute, when Tanek Bielecki scored to the left of an out of position Mårten Nordström, making the score, 1-0. Oakcroft Thrashers's Mårten Nordström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radoslaw Walczak in the 37th minute of play. After 38 minutes Oakcroft Thrashers's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tanek Bielecki who took care of the corner kick. In the 40th minute of the match Alex Alberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arkadiusz Klucznik showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Oakcroft Thrashers's Mårten Nordström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Oakcroft Thrashers from getting a goal against them. After 43 played minutes, Oakcroft Thrashers's Villiam Finman shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Arkadiusz Klucznik came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Oakcroft Thrashers reached it. A collision led to KS Hetman Zamosc getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Eugeniusz Lepper hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Radoslaw Walczak made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Oakcroft Thrashers's goal looked a bit too open when Olgierd Ankiewicz came free, but Mårten Nordström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
