Cervezanegra A.C.'s Lisandro Jaizki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaston Pinto in the 40th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adrian Jaunzuria got free with Rodrigo Lalla in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. CAI NEUQUEN's Rodrigo Lalla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Jaunzuria in the 45th minute of play. After 45 played minutes CAI NEUQUEN got a freekick which was hit by Gavino Urtun. After a rather tough play, Cervezanegra A.C.'s Adrian Jaunzuria got a free kick in the 47th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When Jaime Maurino fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cervezanegra A.C.'s protests and gave Jaime Maurino a yellow card for diving instead. In the 51st match minute, Cervezanegra A.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaime Maurino to maneuver through the defense. Lisandro Jaizki was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Arnoldo Totakoxe. Rodrigo Lalla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Jaunzuria, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute.
