In the 17th minute Rein Goethals shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauricio Mattin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, de belletrekkers's goal looked a bit too open when Elias Sengrat came free, but Lars Elssen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Evaristo Truylos scored 1-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lars Elssen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Natalio Galo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lars Elssen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dante Toribio in the 38th minute of the match. The supporters of Kakeros FC booed when de belletrekkers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Didier de Vleeschouwer didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 40 played minutes de belletrekkers got a freekick which was hit by Rein Goethals. 2-2 became the score in the 42nd minute when Evaristo Truylos elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Tibaut Imbrechts hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. In the 48th minute, Evaristo Truylos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kakeros FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. The de belletrekkers players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Kakeros FC were winning 2-3.

After having played for 82 minutes, Dante Toribio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kakeros FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dante Toribio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 84 minutes into the match, Kakeros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Yanniek De Middeleer came free, but Mauricio Mattin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, de belletrekkers's Lars Elssen got control of the ball when Evaristo Truylos tried to sneak it across the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, de belletrekkers's goalkeeper Lars Elssen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evaristo Truylos. Rein Goethals sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tibaut Imbrechts in the 93rd minute of play forced Kakeros FC's goalkeeper Mauricio Mattin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded Kakeros FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than de belletrekkers.
