Aguila Romana's Eugenio Austin quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Victorino Cebrian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alptuğ Hepyener having to interfere. 15 minutes into the game, Juan Martínez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Alptuğ Hepyener was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 23rd minute Carlos Perutxo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alptuğ Hepyener saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alptuğ Hepyener made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Batista in the 25th minute of play. Rakı Sevenler FC's Alptuğ Hepyener played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Batista in the 26th minute of play. After having played for 29 minutes, Çelikan Safi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rakı Sevenler FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Çelikan Safi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Juan Martínez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Alptuğ Hepyener made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Batista in the 32nd minute of play forced Rakı Sevenler FC's goalkeeper Alptuğ Hepyener to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juan Martínez's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Alptuğ Hepyener firmly grabbed it by the left post. A collision led to Aguila Romana getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Victorino Cebrian hit a great ball. A collision led to Rakı Sevenler FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Batıkan Kaymaz hit a great ball. 42 minutes into the match, Rakı Sevenler FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Batista came free, but Alptuğ Hepyener reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Çelikan Safi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rakı Sevenler FC's Alptuğ Hepyener played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Batista in the 46th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Juan Martínez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Gürsel Ersever had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aguila Romana's Loco Gatti proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Aguila Romana from getting a goal against them. In the 58th minute Adrian Batista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alptuğ Hepyener saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. David Sayveon hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 69 minutes into the game, when Osvaldo Breogan put in a rough tackle. In the 69th match minute, Aguila Romana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Breogan to maneuver through the defense. Rakı Sevenler FC's Batıkan Kaymaz couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 70th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Aguila Romana. 88 minutes into the match, Rakı Sevenler FC's Batıkan Kaymaz broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 92 minutes into the match, Adrian Batista had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alptuğ Hepyener. Rakı Sevenler FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adrian Batista was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Aguila Romana's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
