In the 7th minute, FC Truseni's Mihail Cepoi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dumitru Lopatnicu. Dumitru Lopatnicu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mihail Cepoi in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dumitru Lopatnicu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of FC ciufulici booed when FC Truseni was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vadim Speianu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute of the match Iosif Hârtopanu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Daniel Stângã skillfully saved the ball. Dumitru Lopatnicu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mihail Cepoi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 14 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mihail Cepoi in the 17th minute of play forced FC ciufulici's goalkeeper Dumitru Lopatnicu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mihail Cepoi in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dumitru Lopatnicu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Daniel Stângã took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Mihalcea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mihail Cepoi in the 27th minute of play forced FC ciufulici's goalkeeper Dumitru Lopatnicu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd match minute, FC Truseni was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vadim Speianu to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Stângã showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Mihalcea, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Mihail Cepoi in the 42ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Dumitru Lopatnicu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 45 minutes into the game, Mihail Cepoi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Dumitru Lopatnicu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Valentin Mihalcea to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, FC Truseni's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Iosif Hârtopanu fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Eduard Măcrineanu's late challenge caught a FC Truseni's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eduard Măcrineanu helped the player get up and apologised. Dumitru Lopatnicu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from George Pricop, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the FC ciufulici defense, Mihail Cepoi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dumitru Lopatnicu. The FC ciufulici fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dumitru Lopatnicu should have stopped the shot. Mihail Cepoi might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dumitru Lopatnicu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mihail Cepoi ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 63rd minute Mihail Cepoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dumitru Lopatnicu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mihail Cepoi in the 65th minute of play forced FC ciufulici's goalkeeper Dumitru Lopatnicu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dumitru Lopatnicu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mihail Cepoi's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. In the 69th match minute, FC ciufulici was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Mihalcea to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to FC Truseni getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. George Pricop hit a great ball. After some careless play in the FC ciufulici defense, Mihail Cepoi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dumitru Lopatnicu. The FC ciufulici fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dumitru Lopatnicu should have stopped the shot. After 77 minutes of play, FC Truseni's Mihail Cepoi made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dumitru Lopatnicu was left in no man's land by his defense there! FC ciufulici's Dumitru Lopatnicu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihail Cepoi in the 79th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC ciufulici's Andrei Joita got a free kick in the 82nd minute. 87 minutes into the match, FC Truseni's Mihail Cepoi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dumitru Lopatnicu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dumitru Lopatnicu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mihail Cepoi's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. When the referee ended the match the FC Truseni players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
