Avram Bistreanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roman Wodaszak kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Răzvan Apopei tried to score from far away in the 18th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Maciej Harbaszewski hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. After 25 played minutes F.C. Sosnowiec got a freekick which was hit by Maciej Harbaszewski. Mugurel Grama took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jan Pazura. Jan Pazura dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Maciej Harbaszewski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Iacob Iordan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. 44 minutes into the game, one of F.C. Sosnowiec:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Tractorul Satulung -MM- a penalty, 46 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Răzvan Apopei, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of F.C. Sosnowiec's Jan Pazura. 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mugurel Grama made a kick off. After 56 played minutes Tractorul Satulung -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Lucrețiu Mihăescu. Iacob Iordan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maciej Harbaszewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 82nd minute, Emilian Horațiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iacob Iordan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norbert Borowski in the 84th minute of the match. Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
