Thanks to some nice moves Dobromir Rzeszutko could shoot a difficult shot in the 3rd minute, which Julian Setara however easily saved by the left post. Raúl Gonzales struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Julian Setara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Modlau. Dobromir Rzeszutko succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 10th playminute. Beniamin Wicherek hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Stasio Starogardzki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucjan Kazimierz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raúl Gonzales in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julian Setara saved Blaugrana Stare Tychy from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raúl Gonzales in the 18th minute of play forced Blaugrana Stare Tychy's goalkeeper Julian Setara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Modlau fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when Modlau's Dobromir Rzeszutko looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Raúl Gonzales had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 28 minutes, Dobromir Rzeszutko made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Blaugrana Stare Tychy's Julian Setara tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Blaugrana Stare Tychy getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Wiktor Jakisz hit a great ball. When Walery Rekawiczka fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Modlau's protests and gave Walery Rekawiczka a yellow card for diving instead. In the 43rd minute, Ulryk Tworek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julian Setara made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Dobromir Rzeszutko sent off a good shot on target. Dobromir Rzeszutko who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 47thth minute tested the skills of Julian Setara when he managed to save the team from getting behind.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jan Kaznocha to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes Modlau got a freekick which was hit by Lothar Matthäus. When Jan Kaznocha fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Blaugrana Stare Tychy's protests and gave Jan Kaznocha a yellow card for diving instead. Jan Kaznocha kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. 63 minutes into the game, Dobromir Rzeszutko cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Julian Setara was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Modlau's goalkeeper Stasio Starogardzki, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 69 minutes into the game, Raúl Gonzales cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Julian Setara was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Modlau made a substitution. Lucjan Rosiewicz replaced Wit Polkoski. A collision led to Blaugrana Stare Tychy getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Wiktor Jakisz hit a great ball. In the 78th minute, Beniamin Wicherek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Dobromir Rzeszutko's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julian Setara was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. Modlau's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
