After a rather tough play, Mordham FC's Sacha Roberts got a free kick in the 21st minute. Dênis Vianna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Otávio Salgado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Graeme Draper, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Giovani Breckenfeld kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. If Mattias Hunter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dênis Vianna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vern Haper read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Graeme Draper fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Otávio Salgado having to interfere. Abraham Pringle could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Otávio Salgado made a huge save. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Graeme Draper made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abraham Pringle in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Otávio Salgado saved Amaraji from getting behind. Graeme Draper might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Otávio Salgado. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Graeme Draper ran back to his position shaking his head. When Mordham FC's Abraham Pringle in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Amaraji's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Amaraji booed when Mordham FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Otávio Salgado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Graeme Draper in the 98th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Mordham FC had played much better football throughout.
