The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Szabolcs Csiszár fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bayern München FC.'s protests and gave Szabolcs Csiszár a yellow card for diving instead. Endre Szabó showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Hitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Moises Acuña was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 16 minutes into the match. A collision led to Club Atletico Fenix getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Moises Acuña hit a great ball. Francisco Alberto Csizmadia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leopoldo Abarca having to make a save. In the 19th minute, Robustiano Vigil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd minute Márió Vörös shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo Abarca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Péter Tóth kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 25th minute, Damian Hitz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atletico Fenix fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 27th match minute, Club Atletico Fenix was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evelio Primo to maneuver through the defense. After taking down the ball on Bayern München FC.'s corner Francisco Alberto Csizmadia fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Leopoldo Abarca quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Péter Tóth in the 32nd minute of play forced Club Atletico Fenix's goalkeeper Leopoldo Abarca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfonz Barabás kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. After 34 played minutes Club Atletico Fenix got a freekick which was hit by Anacleto Martxelin. 37 minutes into the match, Levente Csizmadia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leopoldo Abarca. Club Atletico Fenix's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Levente Csizmadia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Damian Hitz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Fenix's goal looked a bit too open when Márió Vörös came free, but Leopoldo Abarca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Szabolcs Csiszár hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Damian Hitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 57th minute, Levente Csizmadia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bayern München FC. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Leopoldo Abarca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Márió Vörös, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leopoldo Abarca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Levente Csizmadia in the 61st minute of play. Leopoldo Abarca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Márió Vörös, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Bayern München FC.'s Levente Csizmadia came free and shot a quick shot against goal 85 minutes in the game, fortunately Leopoldo Abarca had problems saving as it came toward the left post. 87 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Fenix's goalkeeper Leopoldo Abarca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Levente Csizmadia. Leopoldo Abarca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Márió Vörös in the 91st minute of play. A collision led to Bayern München FC. getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Szabolcs Csiszár hit a great ball. Damian Hitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Endre Szabó made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Hitz in the 96th minute of play. With a little luck, Club Atletico Fenix's Leopoldo Abarca got control of the ball when Levente Csizmadia tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Club Atletico Fenix supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Bayern München FC.'s performance.
