Stadsbornas IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave JK Kurevere the free kick. Jan Olenberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leopold Uibo couldn't finish the play. After the first half JK Kurevere were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Arne Rönn made the kick off in the second half. If Leopold Uibo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leopold Uibo took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jan Olenberg. Jan Olenberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After 56 played minutes Stadsbornas IF got a freekick which was hit by Arne Rönn. Jan Olenberg was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Leopold Uibo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 58 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Stadsbornas IF's zone, Lembitu Püss stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jan Olenberg came out of the goal and Lembitu Püss tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. JK Kurevere made a substitution. Joe Konsap replaced Lembitu Püss. 73 minutes into the match, Kuuno Auru had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jan Olenberg. Herbert Hanson's late challenge caught a Stadsbornas IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Herbert Hanson helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Stadsbornas IF booed when JK Kurevere was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herbert Hanson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 85 played minutes, Stadsbornas IF's Anthon Fastesson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Olavi Pulver came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Stadsbornas IF reached it. Olavi Pulver showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per Lindqvist in the 90th minute of the match. Stadsbornas IF's Jan Olenberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopold Uibo in the 93rd minute of play. JK Kurevere's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
