The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as Flaco López kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jakub Dominik. That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. JFSP's Võ Gozali played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hanuš Holan in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th minute of the match FC Kopeto got a corner. JFSP's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zdeněk Skalník ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Zdeněk Skalník got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Võ Gozali quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 22nd minute, Flaco López left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The JFSP fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. In the 26th minute of the match JFSP got a corner. FC Kopeto's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luiz Eduardo Montenegro ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Laerte Fernandes got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 4-0. 26 minutes into the match. Flaco López's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jakub Dominik read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Flaco López was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 33rd minute. JFSP's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Flaco López sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 39 minutes into the match, FC Kopeto's goalkeeper Jakub Dominik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Denílson Massa. In the 46th match minute, FC Kopeto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zdeněk Skalník to maneuver through the defense.

FC Kopeto's Ota Matyska was substituted for Josef Slepička. FC Kopeto's Slávek Tošovský was substituted for Jurij Švajda. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hanuš Holan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Flaco López made a precise shot to the right of Jakub Dominik. FC Kopeto's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Flaco López struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Jakub Dominik didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for JFSP. Jakub Dominik came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by JFSP's Flaco López. But to his dismay, Flaco López quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. FC Kopeto's Hanuš Holan got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jakub Dominik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flaco López in the 66th minute of play. In the 67th minute, Flaco López left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The JFSP fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. Koloman Hajšman made in the 72nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by JFSP's Maurício Pires. Slávek Tošovský hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Jakub Dominik came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by JFSP's Flaco López. But to his dismay, Flaco López quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. After 80 minutes, Vladimír Koten mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Kopeto and the JFSP players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC Kopeto's Vladimír Koten got a free kick in the 80th minute. In the 81st minute Flaco López shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jakub Dominik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the FC Kopeto defense, Denílson Massa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jakub Dominik. The FC Kopeto fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jakub Dominik should have stopped the shot. In the 90th minute, Flaco López got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jakub Dominik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flaco López, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Kopeto's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
