After 14 minutes, Achille Di Filippo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Villadeatese FC and the CENTAURO players grew even worse after the yellow card. When %teams%'s Claudio Franco was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 2-0 just inside the left pole, 21 minutes into the game. Anselmo Restaino was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. In the 25th minute Claudio Franco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo Restaino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Villadeatese FC's Anselmo Restaino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Villadeatese FC from getting a goal against them. Villadeatese FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 28th minute, when Claudio Franco scored to the left of an out of position Anselmo Restaino, making the score, 3-0. With an all-out effort, CENTAURO's Anselmo Restaino threw himself towards the right post 38 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Claudio Franco, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Honorio Cresencio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Honorio Cresencio notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Villadeatese FC's Anselmo Restaino. Anselmo Restaino was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Claudio Franco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Claudio Franco might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anselmo Restaino. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Claudio Franco ran back to his position shaking his head. Anselmo Restaino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudio Franco, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Honorio Cresencio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Restaino having to interfere. The supporters of CENTAURO booed when Villadeatese FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amos Castellani didn't get a good kick on the ball. Claudio Franco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anselmo Restaino having to make a save. After 76 minutes of play, CENTAURO's Claudio Franco made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anselmo Restaino was left in no man's land by his defense there! Anselmo Restaino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorio Cresencio in the 82nd minute of play. CENTAURO's Claudio Franco got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Honorio Cresencio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Restaino having to interfere. Villadeatese FC's Anselmo Restaino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Honorio Cresencio in the 86th minute of play. Siro Cordeiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Achille Di Filippo in the 92nd minute. 93 minutes into the game, Baltasar Oxarra was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CENTAURO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Villadeatese FC the free kick. After 93 played minutes CENTAURO got a freekick which was hit by Baltasar Oxarra. When the referee ended the match the CENTAURO players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
