Favila Lesaca hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute, Pedro Paes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rubinho Koehler struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Irrintzi Matanza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. Favila Lesaca's late challenge caught a Feminista MZC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Favila Lesaca helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Feminista MZC booed when Garfield Dream Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Favila Lesaca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Favila Lesaca got his second yellow card in the match during the 55th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 55th match minute, Garfield Dream Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Favila Lesaca to maneuver through the defense. Maria Tesillo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 63rd minute. Garfield Dream Team's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When Feminista MZC's Pedro Paes in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 76th minute Zé Paulo Severo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Irrintzi Matanza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Matxin Monsalve fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Garfield Dream Team's protests and gave Matxin Monsalve a yellow card for diving instead. After 78 played minutes Garfield Dream Team got a freekick which was hit by Matxin Monsalve. The audience was convinced that Pedro Paes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Irrintzi Matanza was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. In the 93rd minute Pedro Paes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Irrintzi Matanza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Paes in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Irrintzi Matanza saved Garfield Dream Team from getting behind. When the referee ended the match the Feminista MZC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
