Runar Nyvoll took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 14th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Samuel Beevers. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damian Stonehouse in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rasmus Røsvik saved Sagene IF from getting behind. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Victor Holthe to make the kick off. Stew Locking kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Danny Ross could shoot a difficult shot in the 67th minute, which Rasmus Røsvik however easily saved by the left post. Manchester United F.C.'s Samuel Beevers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Holthe in the 70th minute of play. In the 73rd minute Fitz Bayne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rasmus Røsvik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Geoff Turner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rasmus Røsvik stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Damian Stonehouse's shot from short distance in the 77th minute.
