Godofredo Landman was left in no man's land by his defense there! 10 minutes into the match, Los Baisanos فلسطين's goal looked a bit too open when Eriberto dos Santos came free, but Godofredo Landman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maximiliano Arandia during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 12 played minutes Los Baisanos فلسطين got a freekick which was hit by Maximiliano Arandia. Armando Trevisan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Godofredo Landman having to interfere. Moisés das Neves scored 0-2 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Godofredo Landman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Los Baisanos فلسطين defense, Giovanni Motta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Godofredo Landman. The Los Baisanos فلسطين fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Godofredo Landman should have stopped the shot. The Jenipapo SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. José Francisco Backhouse's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dida Taffarel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Los Baisanos فلسطين's goal looked a bit too open when Giovanni Motta came free, but Godofredo Landman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Giovanni Motta came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Jenipapo SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Giovanni Motta couldn't finish the play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Giovanni Motta who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 51stth minute tested the skills of Godofredo Landman when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 52 minutes into the match, Los Baisanos فلسطين's goalkeeper Godofredo Landman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Moisés das Neves. The audience thought a goal was coming when Giovanni Motta got free with Godofredo Landman in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Godofredo Landman came out and tried to block the shot, but Giovanni Motta slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 63rd minute. Jenipapo SC's José Pedro Coutinho got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. José Francisco Backhouse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dida Taffarel having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Estevan Soloaga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72nd minute of the match José Pedro Coutinho shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Godofredo Landman showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. José Francisco Backhouse hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Godofredo Landman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giovanni Motta in the 79th minute of play. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Los Baisanos فلسطين fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Jenipapo SC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
