When Qwinten Vercammen fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Eendracht Vooruit's protests and gave Qwinten Vercammen a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of ☠ Metal Militia ☠ booed when Eendracht Vooruit was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Qwinten Vercammen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silvio Gloeckner in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Felix Laremans prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the ☠ Metal Militia ☠ defense, Tommi Claes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gunnar Sigrist. The ☠ Metal Militia ☠ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gunnar Sigrist should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silvio Gloeckner in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Felix Laremans saved Eendracht Vooruit from getting behind. Tommi Claes scored 0-2 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gunnar Sigrist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Antoine Weyermann fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ☠ Metal Militia ☠'s protests and gave Antoine Weyermann a yellow card for diving instead. Antoine Weyermann kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. ☠ Metal Militia ☠'s Gunnar Sigrist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arthur Clijsters in the 25th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Silvio Gloeckner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sven Gruenigen hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 48th minute, Elias Hunzinger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The ☠ Metal Militia ☠ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Eendracht Vooruit were winning 0-2.

Gunnar Sigrist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Timothy Van Goethem in the 57th minute. Felix Laremans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elias Hunzinger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Timothy Van Goethem could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Gunnar Sigrist made a huge save. Gunnar Sigrist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Timothy Van Goethem went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. With a little luck, ☠ Metal Militia ☠'s Gunnar Sigrist got control of the ball when Timothy Van Goethem tried to sneak it across the goal line. Felix Laremans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Hunzinger in the 83rd minute of play. A collision led to Eendracht Vooruit getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Mathieux Steenbecks hit a great ball. In the 91st minute of the match Elias Hunzinger shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Felix Laremans showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 96th minute, ☠ Metal Militia ☠'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Timothy Van Goethem fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post.
