In the 19th minute Eleuterio Belarmo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geert Meerdink saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, ASC South United's goal looked a bit too open when Eleuterio Belarmo came free, but Geert Meerdink reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After taking down the ball on lןןl Plebe Del Emperador's corner Ulises Barrionuevo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Geert Meerdink quite easily take care of the ball. The lןןl Plebe Del Emperador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

With his leg Geert Meerdink managed to avoid a goal in the 51stth minute, when lןןl Plebe Del Emperador's Anacleto Ioritz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Geert Meerdink stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anacleto Ioritz's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. If Edgard Nikola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anacleto Ioritz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Geert Meerdink made a huge save. Geert Meerdink showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eleuterio Belarmo, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Geert Meerdink was a little too slow when Anacleto Ioritz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 63rd minute. The score was now 0-5. Geert Meerdink took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eleuterio Belarmo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, ASC South United's Pascall van Galen got a free kick in the 67th minute. Anacleto Ioritz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geert Meerdink having to interfere. Anacleto Ioritz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Geert Meerdink made a huge save. Ulises Barrionuevo charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ulises Barrionuevo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the last second Geert Meerdink throw himself and got hold of the ball when Anacleto Ioritz in the 86thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. With a little luck, ASC South United's Geert Meerdink got control of the ball when Anacleto Ioritz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dirk van Dessel kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Geert Meerdink made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eleuterio Belarmo in the 94th minute of play. The ASC South United fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. lןןl Plebe Del Emperador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
