The supporters of Berserkers FC Ψ booed when AITEC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo José Rocha didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th minute, Lino Padro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richard Tavares in the 16th minute of play forced Berserkers FC Ψ's goalkeeper Zacarias Gaur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oscar Donatello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmiro Vimaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After 24 minutes, Matías Machado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AITEC and the Berserkers FC Ψ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Matías Machado kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. After 30 minutes, Hudson das Neves mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AITEC and the Berserkers FC Ψ players grew even worse after the yellow card. 33 minutes into the game, Fiori Dantas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AITEC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Berserkers FC Ψ the free kick. After 35 played minutes Berserkers FC Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Vachon. Candido Mirande received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Oscar Donatello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Candido Mirande got free with Oscar Donatello in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, AITEC's Augusto Vides got a free kick in the 46th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Richard Tavares to make the kick off. In the 58th minute Candido Mirande shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oscar Donatello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roman Rubio kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in AITEC's zone, Delmiro Vimaro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oscar Donatello came out of the goal and Delmiro Vimaro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 82 played minutes Berserkers FC Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Vachon. In the 85th match minute, AITEC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo José Rocha to maneuver through the defense. If Ovidio Nesto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Ovidio Nesto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Berserkers FC Ψ's supporters rose to their feet, but Ovidio Nesto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oscar Donatello breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Berserkers FC Ψ were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of AITEC for a fine match.
