After a defensive mix-up in Luganeros AFC's zone, Zbyszek Mondrowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christian Giraldo came out of the goal and Zbyszek Mondrowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Wawrzyniec Bobrowski fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DOJLIDY's protests and gave Wawrzyniec Bobrowski a yellow card for diving instead. If Zbyszek Mondrowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ermegildo Jobo kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Christian Giraldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zbyszek Mondrowski in the 29th minute of play. Gustavo Feliu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jakub Gozdowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Grzegorz Andrysiak in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christian Giraldo saved Luganeros AFC from getting behind. DOJLIDY's Jakub Gozdowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save DOJLIDY from getting a goal against them. Christian Giraldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zbyszek Mondrowski in the 44th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gustavo Feliu to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Igor Ortzi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Luganeros AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave DOJLIDY the free kick. The referee ignored DOJLIDY's protests and gave Cyprian Witkowski a yellow card for diving instead. After 62 played minutes DOJLIDY got a freekick which was hit by Cyprian Witkowski. Freddy Gartxot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Jakub Gozdowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 67 minutes, Zbyszek Mondrowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DOJLIDY's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zbyszek Mondrowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jakub Gozdowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bogdan Barniszke recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A hard shot 94 in the game by Bogdan Barniszke from a close distance when the talented Christian Giraldo managed to make a qualified save. Luganeros AFC's players were relieved. DOJLIDY's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
