The crowd rose to their feet as Cai Espinosa kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ademar Mangueira. That made the score 4-0 in the 16 minute of play. With a little luck, Palmeiras de Plantão's Ademar Mangueira got control of the ball when Cai Espinosa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cefero Gala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ademar Mangueira having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cefero Gala in the 23rd minute of play forced Palmeiras de Plantão's goalkeeper Ademar Mangueira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 24th play minutes Cai Espinosa shot 5-0, a short shot which went by Ademar Mangueira and just under the crossbar into goal. Palmeiras de Plantão's Ademar Mangueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cefero Gala in the 27th minute of play. Ademar Mangueira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cefero Gala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ademar Mangueira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cai Espinosa in the 44th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Palmeiras de Plantão's goal looked a bit too open when Cefero Gala came free, but Ademar Mangueira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute, Hílton Meireles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute of the match Jose-Manuel Litago shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ademar Mangueira showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 7-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cai Espinosa to strike the kick off in the second half. Ademar Mangueira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cai Espinosa in the 54th minute of play. In the 55th minute, Nestor Rico had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. When Hílton Meireles fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Palmeiras de Plantão's protests and gave Hílton Meireles a yellow card for diving instead. Hílton Meireles kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Palmeiras de Plantão defense, Cai Espinosa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ademar Mangueira. The Palmeiras de Plantão fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ademar Mangueira should have stopped the shot. 60 minutes into the match, Palmeiras de Plantão's goal looked a bit too open when Cefero Gala came free, but Ademar Mangueira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Palmeiras de Plantão's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cefero Gala was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Cai Espinosa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Llull de Reus's supporters rose to their feet, but Cai Espinosa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ademar Mangueira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 90 minutes into the game, Real Llull de Reus's Melquiades Borrás nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ademar Mangueira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 12-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cefero Gala in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ademar Mangueira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 95th minute Melquiades Borrás shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ademar Mangueira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
