Matthias Björk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edson Oliveira in the 22nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Zendium's Kristoffer Böcklund got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Matthias Björk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anísio Paiva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kristoffer Böcklund charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kristoffer Böcklund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 25th match minute, Zendium was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kristoffer Böcklund to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Zendium's Mikael Alströmer slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Reynaldo Melo. That made the score 4-0 after 29 minutes of play. Benedito Donato hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Atlético São Sebastião defense, Mikael Alströmer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Reynaldo Melo. The Atlético São Sebastião fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Reynaldo Melo should have stopped the shot. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Atlético São Sebastião's goalkeeper Reynaldo Melo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kristoffer Säv stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Through an outstanding action, after 53 minutes, Matthias Björk successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.
