Manuel Pască made an important save on a dangerous shot by Baltasar Madeo in the 5th minute. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Pompiliu Andrițoiu put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Nemesio Franco. 11 minutes into the game, Alin Şoimaru was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Raureni Academy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Azulgrana the free kick. The supporters of El Azulgrana booed when Raureni Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alin Şoimaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Raureni Academy's goalkeeper Manuel Pască, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Desiderio Cefero charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Desiderio Cefero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 18th match minute, El Azulgrana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Desiderio Cefero to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the match, El Azulgrana's goal looked a bit too open when Pompiliu Andrițoiu came free, but Nemesio Franco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 20 played minutes Raureni Academy got a freekick which was hit by Florin Manu. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pompiliu Andrițoiu in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nemesio Franco saved El Azulgrana from getting behind. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Pompiliu Andrițoiu sped through El Azulgrana's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nemesio Franco. After 27 minutes of play, Raureni Academy's Pompiliu Andrițoiu made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nemesio Franco was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pompiliu Andrițoiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nemesio Franco having to interfere. In the 31st match minute, El Azulgrana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Desiderio Juvenal to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Pompiliu Andrițoiu put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Nemesio Franco. Florin Manu took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nemesio Franco. Nemesio Franco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Nemesio Franco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pompiliu Andrițoiu's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. After a rather tough play, El Azulgrana's Desiderio Cefero got a free kick in the 46th minute.

The wind increased when Baltasar Madeo made the kick off in the second half. Raureni Academy's Ştefan Petrea got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Florin Manu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Florin Manu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Nemesio Franco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Desiderio Juvenal kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. El Azulgrana's Nemesio Franco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save El Azulgrana from getting a goal against them. In the 63rd minute, Pompiliu Andrițoiu made a precise shot to the right of Nemesio Franco. El Azulgrana's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. El Azulgrana's Niceto Eneto managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Cristinel Vulpăşin in the 67 minute of the game. Manuel Pască took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pablo Etxatxu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th match minute, Raureni Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florin Manu to maneuver through the defense. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind El Azulgrana's goalkeeper Nemesio Franco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Raureni Academy's Manuel Pască played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Etxatxu in the 73rd minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Florin Manu notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of El Azulgrana's Nemesio Franco. Nemesio Franco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 80th minute, Pablo Etxatxu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Manuel Pască was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-7. Pompiliu Andrițoiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ştefan Petrea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Florin Manu came free with the goalkeeper in the 95th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Nemesio Franco could save by the left post. After a rather tough play, El Azulgrana's Desiderio Juvenal got a free kick in the 96th minute. The Raureni Academy players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
