Reinhard Widmann was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Åhus Absolut F.C's King Skott got a free kick in the 20th minute. A hard shot 22 in the game by Luca Orth from a close distance when the talented Alvar Thorsberg managed to make a qualified save. Åhus Absolut F.C's players were relieved. 24 minutes into the match, Hornbosteler SV's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Klint came free, but Reinhard Widmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alvar Thorsberg made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Max Friess sent off a good shot on target. After 32 played minutes Åhus Absolut F.C got a freekick which was hit by Sten Skott. After 37 minutes of play, Åhus Absolut F.C's King Skott made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Reinhard Widmann was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Hornbosteler SV players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Åhus Absolut F.C were winning 1-2.

Alvar Thorsberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Max Friess in the 57th minute of play. Reinhard Widmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oskar Broberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Orth in the 70th minute of play forced Åhus Absolut F.C's goalkeeper Alvar Thorsberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolf Beckeman's late challenge caught a Hornbosteler SV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alvar Thorsberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
