Mateo Barbosa stood somewhat misplaced when Borys Plaski came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 14 minute. After 19 played minutes San Lorenzo got a freekick which was hit by Florentino Marquez. Witold Polakowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 23rd minute Izydor Redisz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Barbosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute of the match, Borys Plaski tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Mateo Barbosa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. San Lorenzo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 26th minute, when Borys Plaski scored to the left of an out of position Mateo Barbosa, making the score, 3-0. Antonio Firman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lech Erland having to interfere. Mateo Barbosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Borys Plaski, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Mateo Barbosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Izydor Redisz in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th match minute, Baboszewo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonard Kaczanka to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubaldo Tibalt in the 40th minute of play forced Baboszewo's goalkeeper Lech Erland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. San Lorenzo's Mateo Barbosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Izydor Redisz in the 43rd minute of play. Federico Valente kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo's goal looked a bit too open when Izydor Redisz came free, but Mateo Barbosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo's goalkeeper Mateo Barbosa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arkadiusz Jeziorkowski. Mateo Barbosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Borys Plaski, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Ciriaco Llorencs short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got Lech Erland to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 64th match minute, Baboszewo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Izydor Redisz to maneuver through the defense. If Jonas Nastasio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciriaco Llorenc could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Lech Erland made a huge save. In the 72nd match minute, Baboszewo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karol Podolski to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 73 minutes, Jonas Nastasio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. San Lorenzo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonas Nastasio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 74 minutes into the game, Piotr Sitko was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Baboszewo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave San Lorenzo the free kick. After a rather tough play, Baboszewo's Piotr Sitko got a free kick in the 74th minute. Lech Erland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubaldo Tibalt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st minute, San Lorenzo's Florentino Marquez seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Florentino Marquez the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of San Lorenzo protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Florentino Marquez had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 80th minute, one of San Lorenzo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for San Lorenzo. Mateo Barbosa had in the 82ndth minute some difficulties stopping Witold Polakowski's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Izydor Redisz kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Leonard Kaczanka hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute, Beniamin Domeradzki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mateo Barbosa was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Baboszewo were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of San Lorenzo for a fine match.
