Marinus Mols hit a great ball. Xesus Maldonado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Izaak Achterberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Montes Carballido kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 26th match minute, The Underdogs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marinus Mols to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Alcorcón A.D.A booed when The Underdogs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Derk Spijkerman didn't get a good kick on the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Roland Boon notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Alcorcón A.D.A's Xesus Maldonado. Xesus Maldonado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Roland Boon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 37th play minutes Izaak Achterberg shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Xesus Maldonado and just under the crossbar into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Izaak Achterberg in the 48th minute of play forced Alcorcón A.D.A's goalkeeper Xesus Maldonado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Izaak Achterberg made a kick off. After 52 minutes Alcorcón A.D.A's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jonathan de Freitas who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Roland Boon almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Alcorcón A.D.A's Xesus Maldonado did a great save. Izaak Achterberg hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. 64 minutes into the match, The Underdogs's Roland Boon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xesus Maldonado narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Underdogs made a substitution. Gert Jan de Backer replaced Douwe Batum. Xesus Maldonado made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Roland Boon sent off a good shot on target. In the 75th minute, Roland Boon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Xesus Maldonado was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. If Roland Boon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Underdogs's Roland Boon got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 85 minutes into the game, Benat Valdivia threw the ball into play from the sideline. The Underdogs's Denny Polak quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Roland Boon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
