The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcial Sans during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Plaza Babys CF's Marcial Sans got a free kick in the 40th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felip Navas in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erland Nordstedt saved Överås BK from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Överås BK's Karl-Oskar Lång got a free kick in the 44th minute. Erland Nordstedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Morientes in the 45th minute of play. 48 minutes into the game, Emil Carlsson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ventura Bartumeu. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alexander Pihlwall to make the kick off. In the 57thth minute of the game Felip Navas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Överås BK's Erland Nordstedt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ventura Bartumeu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernt Westerstrand in the 59th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, Överås BK's goalkeeper Erland Nordstedt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Moisés Martinez. Plaza Babys CF were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after Överås BK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fernando Morientes took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Överås BK's goalie and right to Victorino Mas. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Överås BK's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Erland Nordstedt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Moisés Martinez got free with Erland Nordstedt in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Victorino Mas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Erland Nordstedt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Many of Plaza Babys CF's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Plaza Babys CF may have spent more time on the ball, but Överås BK were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
