The supporters of Bandelocos booed when Överås BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rikard Holm didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute of the match, Basílio de Mendonça tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Erland Nordstedt saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Erland Nordstedt made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Basílio de Mendonça sent off a good shot on target. Diamantino Seco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Erland Nordstedt made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ruy Dantas during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Tostão Tasso came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Bandelocos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tostão Tasso couldn't finish the play. Överås BK were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
