Adan Quintan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 28 minutes, Ruyman Amaya mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Copaquire and the Onagoity AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Onagoity AFC booed when Copaquire was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruyman Amaya didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonas Eate sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Jonas Eate came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Onagoity AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonas Eate couldn't finish the play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Florencio Asmussen to make the kick off. Eliazar Paillao fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adan Quintan having to interfere. With a little luck, Onagoity AFC's Adan Quintan got control of the ball when Florencio Asmussen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fernan Mino was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 69 minutes into the match. In the 69th minute, Fernan Mino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adan Quintan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliazar Paillao, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 95th match minute, Onagoity AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octavio Nuñez to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 96 minutes, Eliazar Paillao managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Copaquire's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eliazar Paillao was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Copaquire played a much better game than Onagoity AFC and deserved their victory. The Onagoity AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
