In the 29thth minute of the game Maurinho Bittencourt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Eagle Stars FC's Zbyszek Zabrzeski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Iván Zamorano scored 6-0 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zbyszek Zabrzeski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 35th minute, Pedro Augusto Pinho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sprite Star Football fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. In the 38th minute of the match, Maurinho Bittencourt tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Zbyszek Zabrzeski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jean da Silva struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Zbyszek Zabrzeski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sprite Star Football. 41 minutes into the match, Eagle Stars FC's goalkeeper Zbyszek Zabrzeski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iván Zamorano. Lucjan Kalak's late challenge caught a Sprite Star Football's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lucjan Kalak helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Eagle Stars FC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Lucjan Kalak hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maurinho Bittencourt in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zbyszek Zabrzeski saved Eagle Stars FC from getting behind. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 7-0 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Maurinho Bittencourt in the 53rd minute of play forced Eagle Stars FC's goalkeeper Zbyszek Zabrzeski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
