Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lawrence De Marco started the match with the kick off. After some careless play in the Bograngen defense, Clint Cohen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Patrik Eriksson. The Bograngen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Patrik Eriksson should have stopped the shot. When Ryan Padovani fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Attard Gunners's protests and gave Ryan Padovani a yellow card for diving instead. Ryan Padovani kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Torbjörn Hellgren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pangeran Cross in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Antoine Zahra, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, Attard Gunners's Neville Taliana got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 24th minute, Torbjörn Hellgren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 26th minute, Lawrence De Marco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Patrik Eriksson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Patrik Eriksson came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Attard Gunners's Lawrence De Marco. But to his dismay, Lawrence De Marco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Patrik Eriksson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lawrence De Marco went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. The Bograngen players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Attard Gunners were winning 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Torbjörn Hellgren made a kick off. A collision led to Attard Gunners getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Ryan Padovani hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Bograngen's Darto Beer got a free kick in the 57th minute. With 63 minutes on the clock, Nils-Åke Haström commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 64th minute, Nils-Åke Haström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Attard Gunners's Fabio Vassallo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 64th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Bograngen. Gilbert Manduca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Patrik Eriksson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bograngen's Patrik Eriksson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lawrence De Marco in the 72nd minute of play. After 83 minutes, Pangeran Cross mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bograngen and the Attard Gunners players grew even worse after the yellow card. Pangeran Cross hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Gilbert Manduca who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 84thth minute tested the skills of Patrik Eriksson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Gilbert Manduca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Attard Gunners supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Attard Gunners would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
