Tostão Varela was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benjamin Pinho in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sergio Rico prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The attack was good, but when Napoleón Leal in the 34th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Tostão Varela stood somewhat misplaced when Tomás Mendez came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 36 minute. Mochila FC's Tostão Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Napoleón Leal in the 42nd minute of play. Clube Esportivo Saudade were awarded a corner in the 44th minute after Mochila FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Anxo Uria took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Anxo Uria got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tostão Varela quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mochila FC's goalkeeper Tostão Varela, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 48th minute Napoleón Leal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tostão Varela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

After 51 minutes, Ibar Ortega mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Clube Esportivo Saudade and the Mochila FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ibar Ortega hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Tostão Varela came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Clube Esportivo Saudade's Napoleón Leal. But to his dismay, Napoleón Leal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. A collision led to Clube Esportivo Saudade getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Mikel Tobia hit a great ball. In the 60th match minute, Clube Esportivo Saudade was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomás Mendez to maneuver through the defense. Tostão Varela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomás Mendez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th match minute, Mochila FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Pinho to maneuver through the defense. If Napoleón Leal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ibar Ortega sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anxo Uria hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Tostão Varela didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomás Mendez went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score.
